Silken Tofu with Canned Stewed Pork This is my childhood comfort food. It is an ultra-fast and easy comfort food to prepare. I always have some canned stewed pork in my pantry, and there is always a block of silken tofu in my fridge. So whenever I crave for a fast childhood dish, this is my go-to comfort food to whip out. This is SO EASY LAH! The recipe shown here feeds 1 to 2, just double up accordingly if you are cooking for more.
