Kwong Sai Tofu Puffs (Guang Xi Stuffed Tofu Puffs) | BIG Bites MY (Panasonic Cubie)
Kwong Sai Tofu Puffs (Guang Xi Stuffed Tofu Puffs)
One of my favorite tofu dishes - I love it when the broth burst out from these little sponges as I sink my teeth into them!
Preparation takes a bit more time, and then just pop the stuffed tofu puffs into the steamer to warm up the tofu and wait for dinner to be ready! SO EASY LAH! The recipe shown here feeds 2, just double up accordingly if you are cooking for more.
Such a satisfying meal with rice!

- When the tofu puffs are ready, transfer to a serving dish and serve them hot with rice
Notes:
- Some Kwong Sai Tofu Puffs recipes uses fish paste - so the stuffing mixture contains minced pork, a large amount of Chinese chives and some fish paste. You can adjust the ingredients for the filling and quantity used to suit your own taste.
